Refund policy

Returns and Warranty only apply to US customers.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to begin a return on eligible items.  Buyer is responsible for 1) contacting Ethos Pickleball to notify intent to return and we will issue a label and 2) submit package to delivery service within 30 days of receiving the product.  Returns shipped after 30 days will not be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized seller. Brand new paddles being returned will incur a 5% restocking fee and have return shipping deducted. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all used returned paddles and we will deduct the return shipping cost. Returns are only available to the original purchaser. Paddles that are not returned new must be no more than lightly used but must not be noticeably damaged, abused or altered (a completely removed factory grip or removed butt cap will make a paddle return ineligible, however paddles returned with an Ethos Pro Undergrip installed will be accepted).  Returns which are determined to be more than lightly used or damaged are not eligible for return. Accessories and apparel must be returned in new and unused condition to be eligible for return and carry a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted as well. Returns with added components that we need to removed to restore standard condition may incur up to an additional 10% fee.

Damages and Manufacturer Warranty
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 180 day warranty on manufacturer defects on paddles and 30 days on accessories.  This does not include normal wear and tear not limited to but including wear of the paddle surface grit and damage to the edge guard.  To request a warranty claim, please email michael@ethospickleball.com.  Paddles and accessories are eligible for up to one replacement if determined to be a manufacturer defect. The paddle must be received and inspected by Ethos Pickleball.  If warranty claim is deemed valid, the product will be replaced. If we do not have your exact model in stock, we will offer a similar paddle of equal or lesser value or an equivalent credit. It is assumed unless otherwise agreed upon that all warranty claims will only be acted upon once the defective item is returned at the claimant's expense. Warranty claims must be shipped within 30 days of warranty approval to be eligible for replacement. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once returns are received and accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
