1-Year Limited Warranty on Ethos Pro Undergrips
Every Ethos Pro Undergrip is covered against tearing and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
What's covered
- Tearing during normal play or normal installation
- Manufacturing defects in the silicone, the ridges or the molding
What isn't covered
- Normal wear from use over time
- Cuts or damage from trimming, tools or alteration after purchase
- Damage from misuse, or from adhesives and solvents we don't recommend
- Products not purchased from Ethos Pickleball or an authorized seller
How to make a claim
- Email michael@ethospickleball.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We'll review and let you know within one business day.
- If the claim is approved, the item must be received and inspected by Ethos Pickleball. Unless we agree otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.
- Approved claims must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
- Each product is eligible for up to one replacement. If your exact model is out of stock, we'll offer a product of equal or lesser value or an equivalent credit.
Other products
Paddles carry a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and tear, including wear of the paddle surface grit and damage to the edge guard. Other accessories carry a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Outside the United States
Warranty claims from outside the US are handled case by case. Return shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Customers in the European Union keep their statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described in our refund policy.
This is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Returns are covered separately in our refund policy.
