SPECIFICATIONS
- LENGTH: Six inch length can be trimmed to fit your paddle.
- WEIGHT: 18 grams at full length. Trimming will reduce weight significantly. Paddles are often weighted in the handle to improve performance and increase maneuverability.
- CIRCUMFERENCE: 1mm in the thinnest part (where your fingers make contact) and 2.25mm on the ridges. A standard paddle factory grip is usually 2mm thick. With most overgrips, there should be very little to no increase to the overall grip circumference where you hold the handle inside of the ridges.

INSTALLATION
1. Remove Factory Grip
2. Optional: Trim the undergrip to the length of your handle (trim from the top).
3. Wet the handle and inside of the undergrip with rubbing alcohol (ideally) or water.
(this helps the undergrip slide on MUCH easier)
4. Slide on undergrip
5. Wrap the undergrip with an overgrip (not included).
6. Crush it on the courts!

Easy Installation Guide
I spend too much time massaging my elbow after pickleball sessions. I saw the ads and decided to give Ethos grips a try. First, with a little alcohol on the handle and inside the grip, I was amazed at how easy they slipped onto the handle. After four sessions, I have an experienced close to zero pain in my elbow. I have since recommended them to other players who experience elbow pain. Thank you Ethos!
I mainly got this because my paddle handle was a little small. I decided to try this instead of just applying a second overgrip. I really like the raised grip it adds to the handle and it gives just enough thickness to solve my issues. I would definitely put this on another paddle.
This works! I've been using it for a week and my elbow pain IS GONE! This looks thinner than I expected it to be but I guess the design really does decrease vibration. It's not difficult to get on - just be patient and don't rush. #1 Remove stock grip; #2 Wipe exposed handle with rubbing alcohol; #3 Gentley roll/slide the ETHOS up the handle (trim top IF needed. I left mine); #4 Apply OVERGRIP. I use uDrippin.
Man, this grip is what I've been looking for. I saw a few comments on it being too flimsy or too thin. These guys are nuts... This grip is the perfect balance of thin and ergonomic. Having the ability too hold the handle at the very end of the handle and still slot in is amazing, then to be able to choke up at the kitchen and slot in just as well is a dream for folks like me who move their hand position around often. The ease of putting this undergrip on is exceptional. I didnt use water, lotion, aquanet, or anything just slid it on. I came from a Hesacore grip and thought that was the end all be all until I put on the Ethos grip. Do youself a favor and get one or six. Love everything about these paddles and grips.
In my opinion, these are the best undergrips made. My paddle feels so much more controllable in my hand with these grips. I have been a long time hesacore grip user, but I have converted all my paddles to these.
